Step 1: Add your video

Drop a video on the box. Or click to choose it. The tool shows its length, size and frame rate (fps).

Step 2: Pick the part you want

Drag the two handles under the player. Or type a Start and End time. Use current takes the time from the player.

Step 3: Choose how many frames

In 1 Frames to export, pick Every frame, frames per second, one frame every few seconds, or a fixed number. Frames to export shows how many images you will get.

Step 4: Pick the image type

In 2 Image output, pick JPEG, PNG or WebP, the quality and the size. Then press Extract frames.

Step 5: Look and download

Click a frame to see it big. Use the arrows to move between frames. Tick the frames you want and press Download selected, or press Download all (ZIP).

Tips and questions

Why is it slow for long videos?

Every frame is a separate picture. A one-minute 30 fps video is 1,800 pictures. Pick a shorter part or fewer frames per second to go faster.

Are the small pictures lower quality?

Only on the page, so it stays fast. Preview quality changes this. Downloads are always full quality.

Is my video uploaded?
