Use this page to reach our Grievance Officer about illegal or harmful content, misuse of a Wivrix tool, or how we handle your personal data.

Grievance Officer

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Rules, 2021, you can raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer about your personal data or about content on Wivrix.

• Response time: we acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days.

What you can report

• Impersonation or deepfakes made with our AI image or voice tools.
• Intimate or sexual images of a person shared without their consent. We act on these within 24 hours.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, including removed watermarks.
• Abuse of the Web Proxy, file proxy or file transfer tools, such as phishing, malware, spam or attacks that pass through Wivrix.
• Other illegal content or content that breaks our Terms of Use.
• Privacy complaints about personal data we process, or a request to use your rights under the Privacy Policy.

What to include

• Your name and an email address we can reply to.
• The web address (URL) of the content, and the date and time you saw it.
• What is wrong and why. For copyright, show that you own the work or act for the owner.
• For proxy abuse, the full proxy address (it starts with proxy.wivrix.com or labs.wivrix.com).

Submitting opens your email app with the fields filled in, addressed to support@wivrix.com. Nothing is posted to a server from this form.

What happens next

We acknowledge your report within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days (24 hours for intimate images shared without consent). We may block an address in the proxy, disable a feature, or keep records needed to deal with abuse. We will tell you what we did.

If you are not satisfied: for complaints about personal data you can go to the Data Protection Board of India; for decisions about content you can appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee set up under the Information Technology Rules, 2021.
