Terms of Use

These terms are between you and the Wivrix team (wivrix.com). Contact: support@wivrix.com.

License to use the tools

You may use the free tools as-is for personal or commercial tasks without creating an account. Output you generate (files, calculations, text) remains yours. The Wivrix team gives no warranty that results are error-free.

Acceptable use

• Do not use tools to break laws or infringe others' rights.
• Do not use the video or file downloaders to save copyrighted media without permission. Only download content you own, have the owner's permission to save, or that is free to download under its licence.
• Do not use the AI image and voice tools to impersonate a real person, to make someone appear to say or do something they did not, or to create sexual, defamatory or misleading content about anyone. Only upload a person’s photo or voice if you are that person or have their clear permission. Never upload images of children for editing by AI.
• Do not present AI-generated images or audio as real recordings. If you share them, say they were made with AI.
• Do not use the Photo Cleaner or other editors to remove watermarks, logos or credits from images you don’t own or have permission to edit.
• Do not abuse the web proxy, network lookup tools, file transfer, or peer chat to spam, attack, or scrape systems you lack permission to test.
• Do not automate requests at a volume that harms the site for others.
• Do not mirror the entire site to pass it off as your own product.

Intellectual property

The Wivrix name, branding, and original site content belong to the Wivrix team. Your uploads and outputs remain yours.

Other product and company names mentioned on Wivrix (for example YouTube, Adobe, Microsoft Word or WhatsApp) are trademarks of their owners. Wivrix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them; the names are used only to describe file formats and compatibility.

Reporting content and complaints

We may remove content, block access to a tool, or limit its use when we receive a valid complaint or find misuse. Report illegal content, impersonation or abuse to our Grievance Officer at support@wivrix.com or through the Report content page. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.

Ads and third-party links

Ads and outbound links are provided by third parties. They are not endorsements. Your dealings with advertisers are between you and them.

Disclaimer of warranty

Wivrix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Verify important results independently.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Wivrix team is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or decisions you make based on calculator output. Because most tools run locally, we cannot recover files you delete on your device.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes: contact support@wivrix.com first so we can try to resolve them informally.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after the effective date above means you accept the current version.
