Email is the only way to reach the Wivrix team. Use it for bug reports, tool ideas, privacy requests, and partnership questions. We aim to reply within 3–5 business days.
What to include
A short subject, the page URL if something is broken, your browser or device if relevant, and enough detail to reproduce the issue. For privacy or data requests, say what you need (access, correction, deletion, or a question about cookies or ads).
Complaints and reporting content
To complain about how we handle your data, or to report illegal content, impersonation or misuse of a tool, write to our Grievance Officer at support@wivrix.com with “Grievance” in the subject, or see the Report content page. Grievances are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.
What we cannot do
There is no phone or postal support. We do not provide financial, tax, legal, or medical advice — calculator output is informational only (see the disclaimer). For site background, see About Wivrix.
