What is this tool?
This online drawing pad opens a full-screen canvas for quick sketches, diagrams, annotations and handwritten notes. It works with a mouse, trackpad, stylus or finger. The toolbar has Brush, Eraser, Line, Rectangle, Ellipse, Triangle, Arrow and Text tools, plus Select to move, rotate or delete items. You can set the color, Size and Opacity, pick a swatch, and tick Fill for solid shapes. Undo and Redo cover every change, including moves and deletions, and single-key shortcuts (press ? in the editor) speed things up. When you are done, download a sharp PNG at 1x, 2x or 3x with a transparent or white background, an SVG, or copy it to the clipboard. Your drawing is autosaved in this browser, can be saved as a .json project, and is never uploaded.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is my drawing saved if I leave the page?
Yes, in this browser. The drawing is autosaved to local storage as you work and comes back when you reopen the page. Use Save .json in the Download menu to keep an editable copy or move it to another device, and Open .json to load it again.
Why does my downloaded PNG have a transparent background?
The canvas has no background by default, so the PNG is saved with transparency. Tick White background in the Download menu to fill it with white. Areas you erased also turn white, not see-through.
How do I draw straight lines or snap rotation?
Hold Shift while drawing a line to snap it to 45-degree angles. Hold Shift while rotating a selected item to snap in 15-degree steps.
