What is this tool?
This tool cuts the subject out of a photo with an AI model that runs on your device. Restore and Erase brushes fix the edges, with undo and a before / after slider. You can place the cutout on a colour, a blurred copy of the original or another image, crop it to the subject or to 1:1, 4:5 or passport proportions, and add a soft drop shadow before downloading a PNG. You can drop, choose or paste a photo.
How to Use
- Drop a photo with a clear subject.
- Wait for processing (runs locally when the model is available).
- Touch up edges with the Restore and Erase brushes; Undo reverts a stroke and the Before / after slider shows the original.
- Pick a background (transparent, colour, blurred photo or your own image), optionally crop to the subject or a 1:1, 4:5 or passport frame and add a drop shadow, then download the PNG.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is my photo uploaded to Wivrix?
No. The AI model runs in your browser. Only the model files are downloaded the first time; your photo never leaves this device.
Which format exports?
PNG. With a transparent background the PNG keeps the alpha channel; with a colour, blurred or image background the background is included. You can also copy the PNG to the clipboard.
